I am very excited to have worked with Warren Trezevant again to create a new film promoting the Grants to Artists program by Black Rock Arts Foundation. I previously worked with Warren on Peter Hudsons Charon Animation film (http://youtu.be/b3vK5djckAU) and jumped at the chance to make another film with him.

Peter Hudson’s CHARON Animated Progression Film featuring Music by Lee Coombs
I am honored to be able to say that i contributed to one of the most mind blowing Art installations ever to be seen at Burning Man. Peter Hudson’s Charon was a huge team effort and the result is nothing short of Amazing! I have been working with Warren Trezevant who did the original animation for the Skeletons on the art piece. The film shows the progress from the very beginning of the animation process right through to the final result at Burning Man 2011. I wrote the music and wanted to give it a dark and atmospheric edge to be in keeping with the theme, needless to say we are VERY happy with the result and we hope you enjoy watching / listening as much as we did making it. Big Love and respect to Peter Hudson and all the Charon Team (you know who you are, the list is huge) and especially Warren for creating this amazing film. LC x

Lee Coombs remixes Octopus Project ‘Fugeufat’ for Absolut Blank TV campaign.
You might have seen Absolut Vodkas latest TV ad with the bottles and artwork on them. The original music is written by Octopus Project with a track called Fugeufat. They needed a more electronic version for some territories and quickly turned to Lee Coombs to do that job.
