Lee’s Blog – I love Orbital
I had the most wonderful surprise last night. When i got in dance music many moons ago i think the first really big record that gripped me was Orbital – Chime. Nothing sounded like it at the time and it was one of the most awesome and exciting records to ever be released i think. Years later i would make a great friend called Phil Hartnoll (one half of Orbital) and last night he sent me their new album with a message saying i am the first person he has sent it to. Now when i first heard Chime i never even thought i would ever get to meet anyone like Orbital or Phil. You see dreams do come true. Follow your heart and you will find them.
